Feedback

We welcome all feedback, however we are aware that complaints need to be handled with particular care. Complaints will be sorted out as quickly as possible and will be as confidential as possible. The complaint will be investigated and written complaints will be responded to within ten working days. The following guidelines should be adhered to in order to resolve complaints:

Stage 1: Express concern to the member of staff/ Child’s link worker

Stage 2: If a satisfactory outcome is not reached, discuss concern with the Head Teacher/Senior Teacher

Stage 3: Written complaint to the Head Teacher

Stage 4: If a satisfactory outcome is not reached, formal written complaint to the Chair of Governors

Stage 5: If parents or carers are not satisfied by the response, complaints can be taken to the Waltham  Forest Safeguarding Children Board (WFSCB)
